Vote Medical Marijuana Washington State Grade
In 1998, voters approved Measure No. 692, allowing a qualifying patient or designated provider to have a 60-day supply of medical cannabis, defined as 24 ounces and 15 plants. Dispensaries are not permitted under Washington law, but up to 10 patients may form a collective garden with a maximum of 45 plants.
